The reporting portal will give you access to four core reports as listed below. We’re confident you’ll find these reports easy to use, and informative.
The Availability Detail report lists interfaces that have experienced some amount of non-availability during the previous day. Customers can view availability over time for each interface, and specific details of the non-availability events.
Grade of Service
Provides details about interfaces that experienced prolonged periods with exceptions during the previous day. An exception occurs when utilisation, %discard rate, or % error rate exceed the threshold set for that interface. Interfaces are ranked from worst performing to best performing.
Provides a detailed look at the performance of individual devices up to the last poll cycle. Tabs within the report show exception counts, discards and errors as a percentage of utilization, and discards and errors as a percentage of bandwidth.
Utilisation & Volume
This report provides a detailed view of interface utilisation and volume in daily, weekly and monthly tabs. Statistics include maximum, average and threshold values.
